CSI-TV’s new series, Dolphin Origin Stories, continues with Episode 7 today, this time featuring CSI alum turned staffer in Media Culture, Mitchell Lovell. Dolphin Orgin Stories is a show dedicated to sharing the unique journeys of students, alumni, faculty, and staff at the College of Staten Island and is hosted by Nick Durst.

Lovell talked about making CSI his college of choice coming out of high school, and how it helped shape his career transition. Now a Lab Technician in the Department of Media Culture, he assists multiple students in their path to becoming filmmakers and technicians. He talked about that experience and what it has been like calling CSI his second home.

Each episode of Dolphin Origin Stories will feature a different member of the campus community, showcasing their personal stories and what led them to become part of the College. From transfer students to first-generation college attendees, athletes to scholars, distinguished professors to essential staff, the show will highlight the diversity and determination of CSI’s campus body.
