CSI Associate Professor of Media Culture Reece Peck was recently quoted in The New York Times in an article about podcaster and advocate of a new form of masculinity, Hasan Piker titled “A Progressive Mind in a Body Made for the ‘Manosphere’.” Piker has been described by some as the Joe Rogan of the left and Peck discusses how Piker’s online persona could affect his popularity with the male demographics he is targeting.
