I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Ronald A. Gray, Assistant Provost for Student Success, effective Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Dr. Gray brings more than two decades of leadership experience in higher education, with a strong focus on student success, retention, strategic planning, and cross-divisional collaboration. Most recently, he served as Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students at Manhattan University and previously held senior leadership roles at Felician University and Tidewater Community College. He also founded Gray Consultants, Educational Consulting LLC, where he partnered with colleges and universities nationwide on student success and institutional effectiveness initiatives.

Throughout his career, Dr. Gray has led innovative, data-informed programs that connect academic support, student engagement, and career readiness to improve student outcomes. His work aligns closely with CSI’s mission of expanding access, promoting equity, and supporting student achievement.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Gray to the CSI community and look forward to the academic innovation and collaborative leadership he will bring to the College.
