We’re pleased to welcome Thomas D. Tressler-Gelok, EdD to CSI.

He began his role as Vice President (VP) for Student Affairs on June 15, and brings more than two decades of progressive leadership experience in higher education and student success. He is a nationally recognized student affairs professional who has dedicated his career to enhancing the student experience through innovative programming, student engagement, retention initiatives, and inclusive campus communities.

Prior to his appointment at CSI, Dr. Tressler-Gelok served as Dean of Campus Life at Wagner College, where he led a broad portfolio encompassing residential education, student engagement, health and wellness, career development, intercultural advancement, student conduct, orientation, and student leadership programs. He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership Studies from Northeastern University, an MBA from Wagner College, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Siena College.

Dr. Tressler-Gelok’s collaborative approach, commitment to student-centered leadership, and passion for fostering vibrant campus communities position him to play a key role in enhancing the student experience and strengthening CSI’s mission of access, opportunity, and achievement.
