We are pleased to report some important updates related to the introduction of key elements of CUNYfirst to the CSI community.
The summer has been a very busy time for many offices on campus. Over the summer, the Human Capital Management (HCM) module “went live.” Members of the Human Resource and Budget Office were busy reviewing data and learning the new system. We anticipate that the “go live” of the Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) module will occur on Monday, Sept. 14. Hiring managers will shortly receive directions on obtaining their CUNYfirst accounts and information regarding on-campus training.
Hiring managers will be learning Manager Self-Service (MSS) functions, which include applications in the Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) or recruiting module. Learning TAM functions will allow you to be an active part of the recruiting process, along with HR and our Budget offices.
In the very near future, we will announce the calendar dates for the anticipated release of additional CUNYfirst modules that include Faculty Workload and HR Mass Salary Update.
