The Bertha Harris Women’s Center is holding its annual Gift Drive for Safe Horizon of Staten Island from now until Wednesday, Dec. 8. Safe Horizon runs shelters for children and women who have suffered domestic violence. We seek donations of new toys for children, aged 0 to 16, or new gifts for women. You will find collection boxes in the following locations:
Building 1A, Room 101-Academic Advisement
Building 2N, Room 106-Women’s Center
Building 2N, Room 215-History Department
Building 2S, Room 218-English Department
Building 2S, Room 108-Modern Languages Department
Building 4S, Room 108-Psychology Department
Building 1L Library (front lobby)
Everyone is also welcome to join us for our Holiday Gift Wrapping and Pizza Party on Wednesday, Dec. 8 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm in the Center for the Arts (Building 1P), Room 116.
