With the semester winding down, we at the CLUE Program wanted to let everyone know the upcoming schedule for the CLUE News. Our last edition for the fall semester will run during the week of Dec. 5 through 11. Our first edition for the spring semester will run during the week of Jan. 30 through Feb. 5.
You can download a CLUE event proposal form online. Feel free to cut and paste into your browser if the link does not work. You can find the CLUE event proposal under the Helpful Forms section. After completing the proposal, either fax or mail it to our office. You can also pick up a proposal at our office or call us and we will fax or mail one to you. Our fax number is 718.982.2599 and our office is located in Building 2A, Room 208.
Once we receive your proposal and certify it, we will send you a CLUE attendance sheet on which all participants at your program should print their names and the last 4 digits of their Social Security numbers. The attendance sheet needs to be returned to our office within 48 hours of your event to ensure CLUE credit for the students and can be faxed, mailed, or delivered.
