The Point Foundation, the nation’s largest scholarship-granting organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) students of merit, is now accepting applications for scholarships. Undergraduate and graduate students who will be enrolled in the Fall 2011 semester are eligible to apply. A Point Foundation scholarship covers tuition, books, supplies, and living expenses. Applicants must be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills through extracurricular and career-related activities, excellent scholastic accomplishments, involvement in the LGBTQ community, and a willingness to make a difference in the world.
