The Modern Languages Media Center and the Italian Club at CSI invite you to celebrate National Foreign Languages Week on Thursday, Mar. 8 in the Modern Languages Media Center (Building 2S, Room 114) from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
Are you planning a trip overseas or are you just curious about speaking a few words in a foreign language? Join our conversation tables for Arabic, American Sign Language, Mandarin Chinese, French, Italian, and Spanish (no prior language skills required).
In addition, the event will feature many other chances to learn about the world of opportunities at CSI. Come taste a selection of international desserts and listen to world music. Learn about CSI exciting Study Abroad programs. Meet a representative of the Career and Scholarship Center to learn about scholarship opportunities for speakers of foreign languages. Stop by the table of “Viva l’Italiano,” the Italian Club, to learn about its mission, activities and find out how to join it. Also, don’t forget to pick up some giveaways on your way out.
