The New York Blood Center sends a sincere thank you to those students, staff, and faculty who took the time to donate blood or sign up for the Bone Marrow Registry last week. A total of 148 people registered for the drive and 121 pints of blood were collected. The Bone Marrow representative registered 23 people and indicated thaty most were of a diverse ethnic background, which is very helpful to the registry.
