The Young Latinas Leadership Institute Scholarship is now accepting applications.
The Young Latinas Leadership Institute (YLLI) was created in partnership with the Office of University Relations of The City University of New York with goals to prepare young Latinas to become professionally skilled, and help them identify effective strategies to succeed and create social change. The YLLI is a program that provides young Latinas with the tools and support to attain college degrees and reach their fullest potential. 100 Hispanic Women, Inc. understands that leadership is a developmental process that requires customized training. The program focuses on building leadership capabilities such as vision, motivation, organization, decision making, and strategic action; it inspires tomorrow’s emerging leaders through mentorship, training segments, and internships.
