The Fall 2016 Health Insurance Transfer Period (Open Enrollment) will take place from Tuesday, Oct. 11 to Friday, Nov. 11, 2016. The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Program Open Enrollment Period for Plan Year 2017 is from Monday, Sept. 19 to Monday, Oct. 31, 2016 for an effective date of Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017. Current 2016 participants (HCFSA and DeCAP) will receive 2017 re-enrollment packets that will be sent to their address on file during the last week of September 2016.
MSC Health Benefits Buy-Out Waiver Program for 2017:
Plan Year 2017 enrollment is automatic for current active participants. If participants would like to withdraw from the MSC Health Benefits Buy-Out Waiver Program, participants must complete the 2017 MSC Enrollment/Change Form found on the OLR Website. Please note that the annual buyout incentive payment has changed to $500 for waiving individual coverage and $1,000 for waiving family coverage effective for Plan Year 2017.
