The College of Staten Island women’s soccer team will head to Randall’s Island in New York, NY to take on York College at 12:00 pm this afternoon.  The Dolphins will look to stay perfect in the CUNYAC while the Cardinals try to pick up their second CUNYAC win of the season.

Players to Watch (CSI):  Krystina Rodriguez has recorded two goals and two assists over her last three games.  Rodriguez’s most recent goal was a game winner against St. Joseph’s College – LI. Stephanie LaPointe is coming off of a CUNYAC Rookie of the Week performance, collecting one goal and four assists in the last three games.  LaPointe has been surgical in the midfield, controlling the pace of the game and slotting through balls to her forwards. Nicole Mignone has collected eight shutouts in goal this season, making 28 saves and allowed just 10 goals.
Players to Watch (YC): Leading the charge for the Cardinals is Antonella Campos with seven goals on the year, with two game winners.  Estefany Delgado has been maneuvering the ball through defenses this year and finding open teammates as she is second on the team with six goals and first on the team with four assists.
News and Notes: The Dolphins have never lost to the Cardinals in CSI’s history.  CSI has also never allowed York to score on them as they have outscored the Cardinals 44-0. The Cardinals are allowing three goals a game while scoring two of their own. CSI on the other hand is allowing less than a goal a game while averaging three goals a game.
