This link will take you to the Annual Division of Physical Facilities Customer Satisfaction Survey. It is our intent to conduct this survey every Fall semester as well as implement other avenues for you to offer your feedback. Your insights will help us prioritize our initiatives and gauge the impact of our efforts. Responses will be kept anonymous so we ask that you please be honest in giving a fair assessment of the condition of the facilities and the responsiveness of the Physical Facilities staff.
