The College of Staten Island spring collection of sports has an idle day today as two sports have postponed events. Baseball meanwhile has postponed their games on Friday and have contingencies in place this weekend.
CSI Men’s Tennis’ home date against Lehman College today has officially been postponed. The make-up date has not been set yet, but will be available on the CSI Men’s Tennis Schedule Page when announced.
CSI Softball’s doubleheader against William Paterson University scheduled for 3pm today in Wayne, New Jersey, has also been postponed. The new make-up date will be Friday, April 26, at William Paterson, at 3pm.
CSI Baseball is going to see their doubleheader tomorrow against Baruch postponed due to incoming rain predicted for tomorrow. Baruch is the home team for the doubleheader that was supposed to be played at CSI, but the postponement will be made up on Sunday, April 7, at 12 Noon at Westchester Community College. If rain KO’s Saturday’s single game against Baruch to be played at CSI on Saturday, then the teams have agreed to reschedule on Thursday, April 11. A decision on that game will be made at 11am tomorrow.
