Greetings from the College of Staten Island Bookstore team. We hope everyone is having a wonderful summer break. I wanted to introduce myself as the new General Manager of the CSI Bookstore. I previously worked for the Columbia University and Emerson College bookstores, and I am very excited to work with the esteemed CSI faculty and staff for the upcoming school year. We hope to make some positive changes to the way the bookstore operates and assists students and staff alike.
As we gear up for the start of the semester, we wanted to take the time to remind everybody to submit their fall book orders for any upcoming courses that will need a textbook. Please keep in mind that when orders are received in the weeks before and after the semester begins, it becomes increasingly difficult to keep you informed of any problems that may have arisen, such as titles that are out of stock or out of print, in a timely fashion. This is why we encourage you to place your book orders as soon as possible.
To place a book order, you can easily set up an account with Faculty Enlight. By setting up an account, you will be able to place orders, change orders, have book information from previous semesters stored, and find out what other professors at schools around the country are using for similar courses.
