All-Time Series: RU leads, 1-0
Last Meeting: September 8, 2018 – RU won, 3-1
Players to Watch (CSI): CSI’s leading scorer from last year, Bryant Navarro, began by placing CSI’s only goal of the season so far in exhibition play, so look for him to be a disturbance at the top of the offensive rush.  Midfielders Chris Vendra and Philip Lefkowitz turned in big performances in their last outing and Christian Puccio, a sophomore transfer will certainly led weight to the rush.  Defensively, the Dolphins were taught against one of the nation’s leading scorers last time out, as Erick Conde, Wilson Quintero, and Mohammedou Sow and Daniel Angulo all fared well in the back.
Players to Watch (RU-CAM): Joni Gjyieriis off to a big start, plating two goals in the early part of the seasonn on four shots.  Patrick Grudnick has a goal and an assist in the early stages, while Christian Ognibene has registered a goal as well.  Kieran Burns and Kyler White has played a game each, with Burns scoring a four-save shutout.  Look for Rutgers to stay stingy today.
News & Notes: These two teams have little history, having met for the first time ever last year, a 3-1 Rutgers-Camden win in a game that the Dolphins felt they had the better of play.  The Dolphins out-shot Rutgers-Camden, 13-9 (9-5 on goal).  The Raptors took a 1-0 lead into halftime.  Grudnick scored an early second-half goal to make it 2-0.  CSI’s lone goal-scorer in the game was Joe Bollela, part of 14 he had on the season a year ago.
What’s Next?: After today’s game CSI will be right back tomorrow against Rowan University at 2 pm.  The game will be played at Rutgers-Camden.  Following that game RU will face off against SUNY_Cortland at 4:30 pm.
