It appears that many people when completing timesheets from home, are not finishing the whole process. Many are executing a screen shot and not proceeding to the bottom of the page to “Save and Print.” You need to complete the entire process in order for your balances to be saved. Numerous people are missing balances and receive the following message when they try to fill in their time sheet.
The system was unable to find an opening balance for the month you selected. Please ensure that you have selected the correct month and year and that all prior months’ timesheets have been submitted. If you are an employee returning after a long absence or are trying to edit your first month’s timesheet, please contact the Office of Human Resources.
This is because the balances were not saved. Please make sure that you “Print and Save” your timesheet.
