October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The offices of District Attorney Michael E. McMahon, The Staten Island Family Justice Center, Staten Island Legal Services, and the Richmond County Domestic Violence Task Force are co-sponsoring a virtual event on Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 3:00pm, to discuss the criminal and civil legal processes for domestic violence cases and highlight services and resources available to victims of domestic and intimate partner violence.
