Former Macaulay Honors College at CSI student and Salutatorian Brian Kateman ’11 was recently mentioned on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Kateman, who is the founder of the Reducetarian Foundation, is doing a documentary, Meat Me Halfway, on the cause of promoting less meat consumption. The documentary’s executive producer, Madeleine Petsch, who also stars in Riverdale, mentions Kateman in her interview with Fallon at around the 3:55 mark.
