College of Staten Island Macaulay Honors College student Vincent Mirabella was featured in the Staten Island Advance on Monday, as Staten Island’s only Eagle Scout having earned a full 138 medals, and having recently presented to the United Nations General Assembly.
Mirabella spoke at the conference this past September in front of political figures, business leaders and activists on ideas for improvements to education. That is just part of Mirabella’s incredible story that includes how he was able to obtain every Boy Scout medal despite geographical limitations in the Northeast and the COVID pandemic.
