The College of Staten Island is proud to present another episode of its new series, “CSI: Behind-the-Scenes” debuting today on the College’s YouTube Channel at 11am. Hosted by CSI Social Media Manager Nicholas Durst, “CSI: Behind-the-Scences” takes a tour of some key offices and services CSI has to offer, taking you literally behind-the-scenes at some amazing stops.

Today’s episode features CSI Director of Dining Services Jodi Merendino, who takes us on a tour of the dining facilities and kitchen in the Campus Center, explaining how CSI caters and provides daily food services to the student body.
