Deliveries of our new multi-function copiers will begin tomorrow and will continue through the coming weeks. All the new machines will be installed at their planned locations by Canon. If you have an old Konica Minolta in your suite, it will soon be removed by College personnel.
You will probably be tempted to use a new machine right away, but please be aware that OIT must conduct a number of tasks before you will be successful. All machines will be networked with new software, and pin numbers will be assigned to every College user. OIT anticipates distributing pins within two weeks of the installations.
