As a follow up to the below communication regarding CSI’s transition to Proofpoint, IT would like to share the following important updates:

1.       If a message is identified as suspicious, it will be quarantined and delivered to your quarantine digest. Please continue to check your digest on a regular basis for any email that Proofpoint has quarantined. You have the ability to release these communications as well as allow future communication from the sender to automatically appear in your Inbox. You will only receive the digest if Proofpoint quarantined any mail delivered to your inbox.

2.       As the Proofpoint filters adjust, you will temporarily receive the digest three times a day.  (10:00am, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm).  Please check your digest to see if legitimate email is being caught and release and/or allow sender.

3.       If you believe an email was not delivered or received, please contact the HelpDesk to assist you.
