Explore the health effects, physiological impact, and rich history of coffee with guest speakers Professors Mirette Misak and Abdeslam El-Idrisi at the Global Kitchen Lecture Series event: “Coffee around The World” on Tuesday, Apr. 1 in the Center for the Arts (Building 1C), Green Dolphin Lounge from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

From caffeine’s effect on the brain to the cultural journey of coffee across centuries, dive into the science behind your favorite brew. Come and learn from the CSI Health Center representative about the good and bad of drinking coffee.
