The first-ever Hispanic Leadership Conference, organized entirely by the CSI Spanish Club, is set to take place on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 10:00am to 12:30pm at the Center for the Arts. The conference, which invites 10 Hispanic student guests from area high schools, aims to empower Hispanic students and professionals by fostering leadership, networking, and career development.
The event will feature three engaging sessions designed to cover a range of academic and professional fields:
Session 1:
- Panel A: Business – Finance, Accounting, and Marketing
- Panel B: Pre-Law and Psychology
Session 2:
- Panel A: Healthcare – Pre-Med, Nursing, Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Panel B: Math and Technology
Session 3:
- Latinos in Higher Education – A discussion on the challenges and triumphs faced by Hispanic students in higher education. This session will be live-streamed via CSI-TV.
The conference will provide a platform for Hispanic leaders and professionals to share insights and experiences with the next generation of students and young professionals. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with industry experts, ask questions, and build valuable connections within their fields.
