The Counseling Center’s ever-popular Relaxation Station is back. Join us for a day of soothing and creative activities such as free professional massage therapy and zentangle-inspired art. Students will also get to meet our very own therapy dog “Hope.” Stop by and see our counselors and learn about CSI counseling.

The Relaxation Station will take place Wednesday, Mar. 25 in the Atrium of the Center for the Arts (Building 1P) from 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Special Guest: Attitudes in Reverse (AIR)  & Paws For Minds

Joining us will be “AIR” – Attitudes In Reverse’s mission is to create a community of understanding, kindness, and empathy through mental health education and awareness. AIR offers many programs that, when combined, remind students throughout the year that there are many people, perhaps their friends, family members, or classmates, who may be living each day with mental health disorders. We must always be kind – no matter what people’s differences are. We must understand that no one chooses to have a mental health disorder.

AIR will be set up outside on Alumni Walk behind Building 1P on Wednesday, Mar. 25 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

 This is a PG-CLUE event.

We look forward to seeing you.
