The College of Staten Island is excited to share that The West Point Band’s performance at CSI, previously scheduled for October, has been officially rescheduled to Tuesday, March 24. It will be their first performance at CSI since before COVID! Tickets are FREE for the lone performance at 6pm, and attendees simply need to register to reserve their spot.
The West Point Band is the U.S. Army’s oldest band and the longest continuously operating unit at West Point. With over 200 years of history, the band’s mission is to provide world-class music that educates, trains, and inspires the Corps of Cadets, while serving as ambassadors of the United States Military Academy and the Army. Their roster includes musicians who have performed at Carnegie Hall, toured with Ricky Martin and Chaka Khan, and been inducted into the World Drum Corps Hall of Fame. Members have appeared on the Today Show, turned chairs on The Voice and La Voz, and contributed to Hollywood’s most iconic soundtracks.
