The College of Staten Island women’s softball team is back in action today, playing Baruch College for a CUNYAC doubleheader at the CSI Softball Complex at 12 Noon. Despite the games being played at CSI’s field, the Dolphins will be the visiting team in today’s contests. CSI is fresh off of a doubleheader on Thursday against New Jersey City University, taking both games by one run. Today’s doubleheader could have playoff seeding implications, with CSI coming in with an unblemished mark, while Baruch and Hunter College stand behind them with a single loss in the standings. A sweep by either team today could give that team control over its own destiny in the race for the regular season title.
