The College of Staten Island is taking on the Pioneers of William Paterson University today in a non-conference doubleheader starting at 4:00 PM at the CSI Softball Complex. The Dolphins are currently on a four game winning streak and coming off of two big wins against the Lightning of Lehman College. CSI will hope to continue their winning streak but will have to bring their absolute best as the Pioneers come into today’s game with a three game winning streak of their own and have not surrendered back-to-back games all year. Willilam Paterson is also coming off of their own convincing wins as they were able to beat New Jersey City University, 10-2, and 9-1.
The Dolphins have never beaten the Pioneers in their four meetings dating back to 2010, however the games have all been close with the two most recent games being, 0-2,and 4-5.
