Another week, another set of changes to the schedule and the spring time thaw is the culprit this time. Field conditions have derailed today’s non-conference single baseball game against the College of Mount Saint Vincent, scheduled for 6pm. Also canceled today is CSI Men’s Tennis non-conference test against St. Joseph’s College in Long Island, scheduled for 4:30pm.
CSI baseball’s game will be rescheduled as part of a doubleheader next week. It is one in a series of changes for the baseball team, outlined below:
CHANGE #1
Today’s baseball contest vs. MSV has been cancelled, as has the single game next Wednesday against them next Wednesday, April 1, which was also scheduled for a 6pm start at the CSI Baseball Complex. In place of this, CSI and Mt. St. Vincent will play on Thursday, April 2, for a doubleheader beginning at 3pm at the CSI Baseball Complex.
CHANGE #2
In anticipation of the wet weather coming on Thursday and Friday, the CSI baseball doubleheader on Saturday against Baruch College has been moved back from a 12 Noon start to a 2pm start. The teams will still play a doubleheader on Saturday.
CHANGE #3
CSI baseball has added a doubleheader for this Sunday, March 29. They will host St. Joseph’s College of Brooklyn for an 11am doubleheader.
