This is a friendly reminder that the time has come to report the receipt of any honoraria received by CUNY employees over the prior year. 19 NYCRR Part 930 provides that while non-academic employees of CUNY are required to seek approval prior to accepting honoraria, CUNY faculty are exempt from this requirement of prior approval.
Importantly, both non-academic CUNY employees and CUNY faculty are required to report the receipt of any and all honoraria for the prior year. As such, please advise of any honoraria you have received for the period from Sunday, Apr. 1, 2018 through Sunday, Mar. 31, 2019. The information should include speaking fees, reimbursed travel expenses, or payments received for writing and/or presenting written materials.
Records of honoraria must be submitted to my office on or before Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Links to the reporting forms are as follows:

For full- and part-time faculty: CUNY Faculty Report of Receipt of Honoraria Form (doc) (link)

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
