As mentioned in the Chancellor’s email dated Monday, July 26, employees may start uploading their vaccination information into CUNYFirst, on a voluntary basis, to facilitate access to campus beginning Monday, Aug. 16 and throughout the fall semester. Employees who are unvaccinated, as well as those who are vaccinated but do not wish to disclose their vaccination status, will be required to be tested pursuant to CUNY’s testing policy, and must show a negative COVID test result dated within seven days of entry to campus, beginning Aug. 16. Details of CUNY’s testing protocols and procedures, as well as CSI’s campus access plan, are forthcoming.
Approved or pending 100% remote work accommodations should be entered into CUNYFirst where indicated. Human Resources will review and verify the uploaded information. Employees will be notified if there is an issue with any submission.
Please note, employees will need to upload their vaccination verification documents ten days prior to the week of their return. For example: Employees scheduled to return the week of Aug. 16, will need to upload their vaccination verification documents by Friday, Aug. 6; employees starting the week of Aug. 23, will need to upload their documents by Aug. 13.
