WorkWell NYC is once again partnering with Affiliated Physicians to provide an onsite flu clinic for our employees. A registered nurse from Affiliated Physicians will administer the flu shots for all CSI employees for free on Monday, Nov. 8 in the Center for the Arts (Building 1P) Atrium between 10:00am to 2:00pm.
No Insurance cards are necessary. Please bring your College ID.
