The Buildings and Grounds Archibus Work Order System will be upgraded on Monday, Aug. 14. The existing version will be available until end of the day on Thursday, Aug. 10. All work orders currently in the system will be transferred to the new system. When you log in next week, you will notice that the user interface (UI) is substantially improved.
There are several training courses offered the weeks of Aug. 7 and 14 to help you familiarize yourself with the enhancements. If you are a Work Order Requester in your department, or plan to be, please take the time to attend one of the training sessions listed below. You may do so by forwarding this email to Ella Gregorio in Buildings and Grounds (Ella.Gregorio@csi.cuny.edu) with the name(s), and the selected session for each attendee; an invitation will then be sent with a link to the training.
Requestor training sessions will be held at the following dates/times and held remotely:
Tuesday, Aug. 8: 12:30pm – 1:00pm
Wednesday, Aug. 9: 8:30am – 9:00am
Wednesday, Aug. 9: 12:30pm – 1:00pm
Thursday, Aug. 10: 8:30am – 9:00am
Monday, Aug. 14: 3:00pm – 3:30pm
Tuesday, Aug. 15: 3:00pm – 3:30pm
Additionally, manuals and videos will be provided and are available directly in the Archibus system under the “How To …” in the menu items.’
