The Fall 2026 Health Insurance Transfer Period (Open Enrollment) will take place from Sunday, Nov. 1 – Monday, Nov. 30 with an effective date of Friday, Jan. 1, 2027. The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Program Open Enrollment Period for Plan Year 2027 is Thursday, Oct. 1 – Friday, Nov. 13 for an effective date of Jan. 1, 2027. All Plan Year 2027 FSA Enrollment/Change Forms should be uploaded to the secure site and we suggest that you retain a copy for your records.
