Wounded Buffalo Theory is the showcase artist at the New York Public Interest Research Group’s Rock the Vote event at the College of Staten Island on Thursday October 2 at 1:30 pm. The concert is free and open to the public. Voter registration materials and applications to become a poll worker on Election Day will be on hand for students, faculty, staff and residents. Information on polling locations and voter education materials will also be available.
