Students, faculty, and staff can apply for a U.S. Passport or International Student or Educator Identity Cards during Passport Day on Tuesday, Nov. 19 in the Center for International Service (Building 2A, Room 206) from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
Apply for a first passport or International Student or Educator Identity Card (ISIC), or renew a well-worn document. This special service is offered to CSI students, faculty, and staff exclusively. Tell your students and friends. Obtaining a passport is the first step to a life-changing international experience.
We strongly encourage you to complete one of the following application forms: the DS-11 (Application Form) and DS-82 (Renewal Form), and read the “Passport Book Application Checklist” before Nov. 19.
Avoid the long lines at the Post Office and the New York Passport Agency. Don’t let this convenient opportunity pass you by.
The checklist will have all the fees and required documents. Hard copies of the passport application and ISIC forms can be picked up at the Center for International Service. You can also access the forms from the Center’s Website.
