The College of Staten Island women’s tennis team will come into today’s match against Hunter College after picking up their first loss of the season last night against St. Joseph’s College – Long Island.

Players To Watch (HC): Olivia Funk is the point person for the Hawks. Funk is 2-0 in the No. 1 position as well as 4-0 in doubles. Funk will try to pick up some crucial points against the powerhouse Dolphins today.
News and Notes: The last time these two teams met was in the CUNYAC Championship match which took several hours to complete and came down to the wire. Michelle Kushnir was looking defeat in the eyes down 5-1 but came roaring back to win and give her team their second straight CUNYAC championship.
