The College of Staten Island men’s volleyball squad fell on back-to-back occasions this afternoon, falling to Hunter Collega and then dropping a second to Stevens Institute both by 3-0 scores.  The Dolphins fell to 0-4 to start the season.  Hunter improved to 6-2, and Stevens lifted to 7-1.

In the opener, Hunter took the win 25-9, 25-12, and 25-15.  Danil Kukovitskit spread out four kills on 19 attempts.  Ronald Tisbe posted seven digs.  In the later game, Stevens scored wins of 25-9, 25-9, and 25-17.  Justin Edwardsen loed the way with three kills on 22 attempts, while Tisbe and Steven Caruso tallied five digs each.

CSI will next play on Wednesday, February 10, in their home opener against Lehman College, at 7pm.
