Chyanne Gilliam is having a stand out senior season, batting .438 with 10 RBIs and five doubles, all of which are team highs. The one-two combo of Jacqueline Cautela and Nicolette Trapani have really given teams issues from the circle.  They have each struck out 22 batters and have a 1.56 ERA and 1.08 ERA, respectively.
Players to Watch (BC):  Samantha Rodriguez owns the top spot on the team with a .400 batting average with the only homerun on the team and a team high four doubles.  Breanna Maresca leads the team with five RBIs while belting three doubles. In the circle it’s Uena Xharo who has pitched 19.1 innings and leads the team with a 6.16 ERA.
News and Notes: CSI has won 9 of the last 10 meetings against the Bulldogs with the most recent win coming in the CUNYAC Semifinal. The Dolphins have outscored the Bulldogs 18-2 in their last three meetings and will look to increase that margin today as the potent Dolphins offense is anxious to get back on the field and show why they made it to the NCAA Regional round just a year ago. Nicolette Trapani most recently won ‘Hero of the Week’ from HeroSports and it is the first time any Dolphin has won that award.
