The College of Staten Island men’s soccer team will look to continue rolling this afternoon as they travel to Phoenixville, PA to take on Valley Forge in non-conference action.  The Dolphins are currently riding a five-game win streak and will look to extend that to six this afternoon.

Players to Watch (CSI): The Dolphins are led in scoring this year by a pair of freshman. Bryant Navarro has netted four goals while Joe Bolella follows suit and sits in second with three.  Bolella has been a threat in the air and has been deadly with his headers while Navarro has picked his opportunities and placed the ball where it needed to be. The back four for the Dolphins has played well for the Dolphins this season and are holding opponents to under one goal per game.
Players to Watch (VF): Samuel Ngoi Bikim has scored the lone goal for the Patriots.  Victor Perez has played the most for Valley Forge, topping the team with 618 minutes. 
News and Notes:  The Dolphins have played well this season, holding opponents to 0.83 goals per game while averaging three goals a game. Staten Island will take on a team this afternoon that is allowing five goals per contest and scoring 0.14.  CSI through six games has scored 18 goals which is eight more than what they scored through the same stretch last season. The last time the Dolphins had a five-game win streak during the season was in 2015, a year in which they made it to the CUNYAC Final. For Valley Forge, the last time they had a winning season came back in 2009 where they finished their season 9-8 and lost in their conference semi-final round.
