News & Notes: CSI has been able to dominate this series in recent years, having taken the last 12 meetings in the series dating back to 2013. The run for CSI includes a 22-game win streak here at Staten Island dating all the way back to 1988, and CSI is 24-4 all-time at home over the Bloodhounds. In their last meeting, CSI scored a season-high 104 points in a 104-41 win in New York. Christina Pasaturo tallied a season-high 21 points. Daniela Zirpolo and Brianna Robisky each tallied 12 points as well off of the bench as they saw significant minutes. JJC was led by Koehler’s 14 points and eight rebounds. CSi forced 41 JJC turnovers in the game and enjoyed a 46-4 edge in points off of turnovers. That has been a calling card for CSI all season, as they are forcing 30.9 opponent turnovers per game this season and are a +13.3 in that department per game this season, and 33.6 of CSI’s 78.3 points per game team average is attributed to points off of turnovers.
