Web Conferencing has obviously increased in popularity with the mass movement online. Users are experiencing problems not only with supported Web applications (e.g., Blackboard Collaborate, WebEx, and MS Teams) but also with non-supported CUNY applications (e.g., Zoom). Bottom line – there is no silver bullet.

One of the most frequent challenges a user experiences when working with these platforms is enabling their microphone. This can differ depending on the browser you are using.
