The Center for Golbal Engagement is inviting everyone to celebrate the Lunar New Year/Spring Festival, next week at the Campus Center. The yearly event will officially usher in the Year of the Rabbit. The celebration will take place on Tuesday, January 31, between 2:00pm and 4:00pm in 1C, where refreshments will be served and prizes will be awarded (while supplies last).
Among the activities set to take place will be lessons in dumpling making, as well as how to write one’s name in Chinese. This is a PG CLUE event for students and funded by the Campus Activities Board using Student Activity Fees. Come celebrate the Lunar New Year/Spring Festival with us at the College of Staten Island. You will learn how to make dumplings and write your name in Chinese.
