Students may now apply for the Albert V. Maniscalco Rotary Scholarship, in which a single award in the amount of $2,500 will be presented to a Staten Island resident majoring in Political Science. Applicants must be Staten Island residents, currently attending a Staten Island college and carrying a GPA of 3.0 or better. A history of volunteer work, extracurricular activity, or employment is recommended, but not required. Applicants will also have to demonstrate financial need.
The application deadline is Friday, April 10, 2009.
