The Center for International Service will sponsor a one-day Passport Day on Tuesday, Nov. 15 in Building 2A, Room 206 from 10:30am-3:30pm.
Apply for a first passport or International Student or Educator Identity Cards (ISIC) or renew a well-worn document. This special service is offered to CSI students, faculty, and staff exclusively. Tell your students and friends. Obtaining a passport is the first step to a life-changing international experience.
We strongly encourage you to complete one of the following application forms–DS -11 (Application Form) or DS-82 (Renewal Form)–and read the “Passport Book Application Checklist” before Nov. 15. The checklist will have all the fees and required documents. Hard copies of the passport application and ISIC forms can be picked up at the Center for International Service in Building 2A, Room 206. You can also access the forms from the Center’s Website. Details on the requirements to obtain a passport in general and forms are online.
