The New York City Office of Labor Relations (OLR) has published the new health plan rates for July 2018. The new health insurance rate changes will be reflected on the Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018 paycheck.

The new 2018 health insurance rates are online. Please note that the GHI-CBP/EBCBS rate is not yet finalized. The rate will be modified on a later date retroactive to Sunday, July 1, 2018.

Please note that the annual Transfer Period will be held in the fall. You will be notified of the exact dates. During that period employees can:

• Transfer to another health plan
• Add or drop an optional rider
• Elect the Buy-Out Waiver Program

Any changes selected during the Fall Transfer Period will become effective the first day of the first full pay period in January 2019.
