This Lean Bootcamp is an accelerated two-week program utilizing the Lean Launchpad Methodology. Teams will virtually “Get out of the Building” and talk to 15 potential customers, users, and stakeholders to discover how their idea/technology could effectively “solve” customers’ unmet needs. The curriculum will focus on the Lean LaunchPad Methodology, utilizing customer discovery, the Business Model Canvas, and Agile Development.
